Harimaen tea

The matcha used in our products is produced by Harimaen Seicha Co., Ltd. (Ujitawara-cho, Tsuzuki-gun, Kyoto Prefecture, Representative Director Yoshiyuki Harima). Harimaen Seicha was founded in 1858 (Ansei 5), and since around 1975 (Showa 50), it has adopted organic farming in earnest and produces organic matcha in a tea plantation of about 10 hectares.
Currently, we have acquired organic JAS certification in Japan, EU organic certification from Italian organic certification body ICEA, and US organic certification NOP.
In addition, in order to prevent contamination with other tea leaves, we conduct thorough management from production to shipment, and pass inspections for residual pesticides and radioactivity. Together with Harimaen Seicha, which we place great trust in, we will deliver safety and security.
