Uji Matcha Paste 'Oh' is low in caffeine and certified by the Maternity Food Association, making it safe for pregnant women and children.

It is retort sterilised and can be stored at room temperature for one year from the date of manufacture. It can be used in various matcha dishes, sweets and beverages.

Special technology allows it to retain its matcha colour even when heated, without the use of colouring agents.
