100g butter,
140g flour,
70g granulated sugar,
Pinch salt,
30g Matcha Paste
1)Sift the flour. Soften the butter at room temperature, mix well, add salt and granulated sugar and mix again.
2) Combine the flour and Matcha Paste and mix well.
3) Wrap the dough in plastic wrap and flatten it with a rolling pin.
4) Remove from plastic, cut dough into desired shapes with a cookie cutter, then place on aluminum foil and bake in the oven at 180ºC/350ºF.
