OMGT Organic Matcha Paste: 3g (about 3/5 teaspoon)
Yuzu Juice: 2 teaspoons
Salt: A pinch
Note: You can substitute the oil with olive oil or other types of oil. Adding white wine also enhances the flavor. You can adjust the ratio of vinegar to oil depending on your preference for a richer or lighter dressing.
Put the vinegar, yuzu juice, salt, and matcha paste into a jar, seal with a lid, and shake well to mix thoroughly. Then add the oil, close the lid again, and shake well until fully blended.
